What if I want to exchange for a different model instead of returning?

We handle that within the 60-day trial period. If you've concluded that a different model or technology level would serve you better, contact your provider and we work out an exchange. You don't return and start over. We treat it as a continuation of your care, because that's what it is.

Can I extend the trial if I need more time?
