Warranty starts when your package arrives. Hearing aids are covered for 4 years (depending on the model), and accessories and chargers include 1 year of repair coverage plus 1 year for loss or damage. -
Warranty Fees

If your loss-and-damage warranty applies, we’ll replace it with a similar product for a $495 deductible per unit. Each hearing aid or accessory is eligible for one replacement. Replacements can’t be returned or credited, and they keep the original warranty start date. Just send us the damaged item first, and we’ll ship the replacement. -
