Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Injoy. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. We don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays, so an order placed Friday afternoon will start moving Monday morning.

If we're working through a high volume of orders, processing may take a few extra days. If your order is going to be significantly delayed, we'll reach out by email or phone with an update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS.

  • $15 flat rate for UPS Ground

  • Free shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking

You'll get a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking numbers typically go live within 24 hours.

For automatic updates on your delivery, we recommend the Shopify Shop app.

Taxes and Customs

We don't collect sales tax, customs fees, or duties on any order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's care. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

A quick tip: hold on to all packaging and the damaged goods until the claim is resolved. Carriers ask for photos and proof, and they're much faster to settle when you have everything ready.
