Refund policy
We offer a 60-day return window on hearing aids, which means you have 60 days from the date your order arrives to decide whether they're the right fit. If they're not, we'll take them back and refund you in full. No restocking fees, no penalties, no fine print.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at Info@InjoyHearing.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package back.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

What "Original Condition" Means
Hearing aids should come back with everything they shipped with, including chargers, domes, receivers, cleaning tools, and the original case. Devices should be in clean working order. Accessories must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at Info@InjoyHearing.com or call (844) 914-3331. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right, whether that means a replacement, a repair, or a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different model is to return the device you have and place a separate order for the one you want. Once your return is approved and processed, your refund moves on its own track and your new order ships on its own. If you'd like help picking the right device the second time around, give us a call and one of our product specialists will walk you through it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and credit card companies sometimes take additional time to post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don't see the refund, email us at Info@InjoyHearing.com and we'll track it down with you.
