What's included in the refund?

The full purchase price, processed to your original payment method. We process refunds within five to seven business days of receiving your returned devices.

What if I want to exchange for a different model instead of returning?

We handle that within the 60-day trial period. If you've concluded that a different model or technology level would serve you better, contact your provider and we work out an exchange. You don't return and start over. We treat it as a continuation of your care, because that's what it is.

Can I extend the trial if I need more time?

We handle extensions case by case. If travel, illness, or something genuinely outside your control prevented you from properly evaluating your devices, contact our team. We're reasonable people who want you to make a genuinely informed decision, and we'd rather extend the trial than have you decide under circumstances that weren't fair to you or the devices.
