Injoy provides a 30-day* return window on your hearing device(s) from the delivery date. Injoy must receive the return within the 30-day* window; you will then receive a full refund. To receive a refund, items returned must be in the same condition and undamaged, and return eligibility is at the sole discretion of Injoy.

*30-day return policy is our standard. However, to ensure your satisfaction this holiday season, we are extending our return window to 45 days for purchases made now through Christmas. This allows you and your loved ones ample time to ensure the product is the perfect fit. After December 25th, our usual 30-day return policy will apply.
