I bought another brand of hearing aids recently but I was unimpressed with their service. Researched Phonak and was impressed. Bought a pair and their service was excellent. Cynthia help me every step of the was with professionalism and care. She was patient and went but the call to help me get started. Very impressive. I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. I have had cheap ones and very expensive ones. These Injoy hearing are very comfortable and the clearest sounding aids I have ever had. Dr. Jaime Parks earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University and has over two decades of experience as an audiologist. After years of helping patients in clinical settings across the country, she is excited to engage with more patients in a cutting-edge platform. Dr. Parks is passionate about leading our in-house team of licensed audiologists and hearing healthcare professionals to foster a unique, patient-focused experience.

Kristina Cunningham, B.A., MDiv, HIS

Kristina’s passion for helping others find wholeness found a home in hearing healthcare 12 years ago, and she never left. As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, she loves combining compassion and skill to give patients the best possible results. Her success has made her a leader among professionals, where she loves to teach the in’s and out’s of excellent care. She is excited to offer better hearing that meets the demands of the ever-changing technological landscape.

Brent Peterson, B.S. BC HIS

Brent’s experience includes 20+ years in the hearing health care industry. Upon entering the space, began working for a hearing aid manufacturer, later partnering in a 50+ location hearing health care practice, and current CEO of Injoy Hearing based in Overland Park, KS.

Brent has been the founder/owner in five successful startup organizations specializing in niche customer service segments and human resource development.

Brent is also an avid cyclist, multi-time marathoner, Ironman triathlete, and off-road motorcycle enthusiast, 25-year husband, father of three wonderful children and past Chairman of the Board for a non-profit humanitarian effort in Jamaica.

Brent and his wife reside in Olathe, KS. If you get to know him, you are going to like him.

Scott Weidemeyer, CPA

Scott has spent over 20 years in hearing care, helping grow two different office based hearing care companies. Each of these practices grew to become some of the largest, most successful independent hearing care practices of their time.

Scott is excited to apply these “brick and mortar” success principles to Injoy, a fresh, fun online and remote care hearing care company. Injoy employs a combination of newly available technologies to help patients meet their hearing care needs in a new and convenient way.

Russell Parks, B.S.

Russ Parks is the IT guru every company needs. A graduate of Fort Hays (KS) University, he has been applying his business acumen in the healthcare industry since 2008. Russ entered the hearing field of healthcare in 2014. From there, he successfully helped grow two independent hearing care companies. He is dedicated to first-class technology at Injoy for all customer needs and looks forward to helping them in a cutting-edge platform.

Tod Cordill, B.S.

As the Creative Director with Injoy, Tod has over 15 years experience within the hearing health care realm. He has thoroughly enjoyed all of his time helping people find solutions to their hearing problems.

Away from work, Tod enjoys discovering breweries in cities away from Kansas City, as well as new locales around his home town. If he had to name his favorite style of beer, it would be hefeweizen. He spends two to three Friday or Saturday evenings a month behind his drum kit as the drummer in a popular area cover band, which plays at venues around the city.

Liam Davis, B.S.

Born in Rochester, NY, Liam graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Finance. After graduating, he became a Partner and later CEO of a digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing for privately owned hearing centers nationwide. Now, as Chief Marketing Officer of Injoy Hearing, Liam optimizes the efficiency and reach of our tele-hearing care services to maximize the number of lives our brand-new offering can improve.

Chris Adams, B.S.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Chris launched his career in the health and wellness industry, obtaining his NASM, NESTA, & ISSA certifications in 2010. With a commitment to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, Chris spent four years as a freelance personal trainer. Pursuing higher education, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from Rockhurst University. Equipped with academic credentials and practical experience, he took a bold leap into entrepreneurship, founding three brick-and-mortar gyms in the Kansas City and Overland Park areas.

Over the span of 12 years, Chris dedicated himself to nurturing these businesses, fostering communities focused on health and wellness. Additionally, recognizing the importance of nutrition in overall well-being, he became a partner in establishing a whole food, plant-based meal prep company.

After starting a family, Chris decided to transition into the hearing healthcare industry in an effort to spend more time with his family. Now, as Sales Manager for Injoy Hearing, Chris is excited to use his expertise in health and wellness to help patients navigate their hearing journey and take advantage of some of the most advanced hearing technology available.

Chris resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, their daughter, and their three beloved dogs. Together, they embrace a lifestyle centered on health, happiness, and family bonds.
