How it works

Go to the app store on your phone, search for the app and download it. You may receive an email invitation that you have to accept before beginning. From there, you should be able to get started.
Follow the pairing instructions and select one or both of your hearing aids when your devices are found. From there, turn on your location services, hit pair, and your setup will be complete!
Here, you can adjust your hearing aid volume, mute, split the volume, and navigate your app. You can also access your program options, look at your battery level, and even use a Tinnitus masker if you’ve been diagnosed. You can view additional settings within the app.
Your remote support and hearing diary features will allow you to meet with a hearing care professional and leave a review of your current hearing experience. This will require you to create an account with the app and send an invite.
Here, you can view different kinds of data on yodur hearing aids! This includes any programs within the app, your statistics, tap control, and the ability to forget devices.
