"I got up one morning last week, put my hearing aids in and the (R) one wasn't working. I was in a panic since I've had them only a couple of weeks.
I contacted the service department with my problem. A short time later, I received an email from an (Angel), Tiffany!
She told me that the hearing aids were charging, it might be the wax trap is clogged. She sent a short video showing how to replace it. After forgetting my Injoy box at my daughter's, I finally retrieved it today. I followed Tiffany's instructions, replaced the wax trap and my hearing aid working!!!

"These Audeo I-90-Sphere hearing aids are on a whole new level. I’ve been wearing Siemens, Jabra and the like for 10 years but had recently become unable to hear conversations, the TV, a movie. Now, I can hear ALL of that and more! I can adjust multiple sliders for different environments. Today I used the spherical audio feature at the gym. Amazing! I could isolate each voice and catch most of the words over the music, the clanging metal, and the sounds of exertion,
