I got up one morning last week, put my hearing aids in and the (R) one wasn't working. I was in a panic since I've had them only a couple of weeks. I contacted the service department with my problem. A short time later, I received an email from an (Angel), Tiffany! She told me that the hearing aids were charging, it might be the wax trap is clogged. She sent a short video showing how to replace it. After forgetting my Injoy box at my daughter's, I finally retrieved it today. I followed Tiffany's instructions, replaced the wax trap and my hearing aid working!!! I want everyone to know Tiffany is not only professional, but she kind, caring, sweet and goes over and above to ensure your problem is solved. Thank you again, Tiffany!!! D Klement

These Audeo I-90-Sphere hearing aids are on a whole new level. I’ve been wearing Siemens, Jabra and the like for 10 years but had recently become unable to hear conversations, the TV, a movie. Now, I can hear ALL of that and more! I can adjust multiple sliders for different environments. Today I used the spherical audio feature at the gym. Amazing! I could isolate each voice and catch most of the words over the music, the clanging metal, and the sounds of exertion, These are no kidding the real thing. I’m back!

Phil Collins went above-and-beyond to make sure that my order was handled expeditiously and accurately. And my interaction with the audiologist who handled my post-delivery follow-up call, Cynthia Villalvazo, was such a pleasure! I presented with some pretty complicated issues that she handled with efficiency, top-flight professionalism and an attitude of sincere caring and concern for her customer -- something that is so rare these days. Today I worked by phone and by Phonac app with Cynthia, who understood my problem right away and we had it solved quickly. Great products, great support from their technicians (via telephone).

l contacted in joy looking to replace my phonak pair. I placed several calls to randomly selected websites dealing with single snd multiple manufacturers. I was disappointed in how little information they could provide in terms of comparison. This wasnot at all an issue with Seth who could speak widely across brands and answered all the questions I had, particularly pointing out a narrow but completely similar device for those wear glasses he even tried to help with color selection l placed an order with them and as one might expect my missing pair turned up nice day. Canceling the order was a breeze no hassle no shelving expense. Please keep up the good work and have knowledgeable sales staff and an excellent supporting business office.

They have followed through on everything they said they would do. Price was very competitive and people are very pleasant. Technology, Phonak, is best I have ever used in 30 years. At one pint I thought I had lost the devices. They were ready to replace, but I was able to locate them with the app so alls well that ends well.

My experience was great with injoy hearing I was looking for some receiver's for my hearing aids I looked on several different places online came across In joy hearing their cost was better price than other's I looked at, Injoy Hearing also very very supportive to help you their products are great, their quality is great , and their prices great , also their service department is great also I made a mistake on my order, call them and they call me the next day they took care of my order with no problems I highly recommend if you need parts are buy hearing aids Injoy Hearing is the place for awesome service. If a trustworthy and reliable source for quality hearing aids with excellent customer service is important to you, then Injoy Hearing is the company for you. Injoy not only provides a choice of hearing aids, but their employees are extremely well trained and knowledgeable. I'm pretty picky about these things (especially with online businesses) but the people at Injoy are so professional and pleasant to work with, I felt completely comfortable with them. From learning about hearing aids (first time for me), taking the online hearing test, to setup and using my new hearing aids, I've had a great experience every step of the way. I had a glitch at first and it was taken care of immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. Kudos to Cynthia, the audiologist whose first-rate, friendly and patient service would be hard to beat anywhere, and Paul on the sales side, who carefully explained everything and answered my million questions. Don't hesitate to use Injoy Hearing, they're great!
