She told me that the hearing aids were charging, it might be the wax trap is clogged. She sent a short video showing how to replace it. Now, I can hear ALL of that and more! I can adjust multiple sliders for different environments. Today I used the spherical audio feature at the gym. Amazing! I could isolate each voice and catch most of the words over the music, the clanging metal, and the sounds of exertion, These are no kidding the real thing. I’m back!"

"These Audeo I-90-Sphere hearing aids are on a whole new level. I’ve been wearing Siemens, Jabra and the like for 10 years but had recently become unable to hear conversations, the TV, a movie. Now, I can hear ALL of that and more! I can adjust multiple sliders for different environments. Today I used the spherical audio feature at the gym. Amazing! I could isolate each voice and catch most of the words over the music, the clanging metal, and the sounds of exertion, These are no kidding the real thing. I’m back!"

I contacted the service department with my problem. A short time later, I received an email from an (Angel), Tiffany! She told me that the hearing aids were charging, it might be the wax trap is clogged. She sent a short video showing how to replace it. After forgetting my Injoy box at my daughter's, I finally retrieved it today. I followed Tiffany's instructions, replaced the wax trap and my hearing aid working!!! "I got up one morning last week, put my hearing aids in and the (R) one wasn't working. I was in a panic since I've had them only a couple of weeks. I contacted the service department with my problem. A short time later, I received an email from an (Angel), Tiffany! She told me that the hearing aids were charging, it might be the wax trap is clogged. She sent a short video showing how to replace it. After forgetting my Injoy box at my daughter's, I finally retrieved it today. I followed Tiffany's instructions, replaced the wax trap and my hearing aid working!!! I want everyone to know Tiffany is not only professional, but she kind, caring, sweet and goes over and above to ensure your problem is solved. Thank you again, Tiffany!!! D Klement"

"These Audeo I-90-Sphere hearing aids are on a whole new level. I’ve been wearing Siemens, Jabra and the like for 10 years but had recently become unable to hear conversations, the TV, a movie. Now, I can hear ALL of that and more! I can adjust multiple sliders for different environments. Today I used the spherical audio feature at the gym. Amazing! I could isolate each voice and catch most of the words over the music, the clanging metal, and the sounds of exertion, These are no kidding the real thing. I’m back!"
